Opened bottles of Mermaid Snot are not returnable or refundable. Unopened and unused products may be considered for return when the customer contacts us through the Contact Us form before sending anything back. Apparel and mask strap covers must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Mermaid Snot shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged because of our error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. For damaged or incorrect orders, please include the order number and photographs when appropriate.
